Welcome to my booking page where you can view my available appointments and book your choice of session. Fees for each session type can be seen below. If you encounter any problems booking online please call me on 07564221463 or send me an email.
Cancellation Policy
Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full cost of the session.
Sessions cancelled with 48-24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the cost of the session with 50% returned to you.
Where there is more than 48 hours notice of a cancellation there will be no charge for the session and the session fee will be refunded or carried over to the next session if you prefer.
Repeated cancellations may result in the Counselling relationship being brought to a close.
Rescheduling
Sessions can be rescheduled without charge if more than 48 hours notice is given. If less than 48 hours notice is given this will count as a cancellation and the terms of the cancellation policy will apply.
Concession Spaces
I offer a limited number of reduced-rate sessions for those experiencing financial hardship. Please note that availability is limited and offered on a first come first served basis. If you feel that this would be applicable to you please contact me to discuss. Concessions are offered at my discretion and there are no automatically qualifying criteria.
